I have been visiting this salon for 2 years and I will not come back. Over the last two visits the quality of the work had declined (e.g., nail chipping quickly). Regardless I kept coming back. Today I had an appointment and my technician decided to leave me and go work with a walk in because “she was her client”. After 25-30 minutes of waiting with my nails wrapped in acetone and with no acknowledgment of when I was going to be taken care off (as everyone else was busy) I removed the wrapping decided to leave. It is not ok to treat people this way.
Everyone here does a fantastic job. My nails always look great, and I've never had one chipped. Well worth the price!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. The technician did an ok job painting my toe nails, however, the chair massager did not work, water was cold, and they didn’t even do a once over to the bottom of my feet. They used a scrub on a part of my leg (for like one second) - again no feet and that was it. Literally could have done the same at home. I am from out of town, but thought it was necessary to post an honest review because I’m very confused why this place has such high reviews..
After 8 no chip mani/ pedi, I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed! Do call in advance for an appointment and definitely arrive on time if not early. They appreciate you when you are punctual.
I had called and specifically asked if they do soak offs before making an appointment. Nail tech didn't want to do a soak off removal after she filed my right pinky and ring finger so thin the nail bed was red, sensitive to the touch, and irritated for days after the appointment. After finally soaking my nails she started to remove the gel x off my nails but left the gel all over my skin and large amounts still on the nails themselves before telling me to wash my hands and that I was done. I had to scrub my hands with warm water and a brush to get the excess gel off my fingers and get as much of the remaining gel x off my nails myself.
I did mention to the nail tech when the electric drill file was getting too hot but they would just change fingers and file certain spots really thin on other fingers
The front desk staff was friendly, place looks clean when you first walk in but not as clean and sanitary as they try to come off as.
I would just like to say I never witnessed the kindness and professionalism in this nail shop! As a man getting manicures, I used to be nervous getting my nails cut by someone else. However my favorite person Tina made the whole experience super enjoyable! I love the hand massages and treatments they do under UV, super cheap too!
I when in for a no-chip manicure service (first time). The lady who took care of me (idk her name) from the start didn’t make conversation or anything. Which I was fine with, everyone works differently. Where I had an issue was when she started rushing through the set, didn’t paint nails properly causing me to have few bubbles on the sides but I overlooked it all because she really did a nice job on my nail shape. HOWEVER, it’s only been 4 days and one of my nails is already chipping…& mind you even after everything I still tipped her well. Never going back.
